A friend of mine who lives in Italy, recently sent to me "The Final Analysis" supplement below. Her sister-in-law Lucy is currently going through chemotherapy for ovarian cancer. It was recommended that Lucy does each dose slowly and with full concentration:

People are often unreasonable, illogical and self-centered;

I try to do this throughout the day, in between meals and in between break from clients.









Every morning when walking out of my bedroom, the first thing that I see on the wall is this quote:

This is my "morning dose", taken on an empty stomach and before seeing my first client.
